Travel Photos: Singapore

2013 must be a year of travel for me. Thought of getting a well deserved weekend break after months of working corporate. This was my second international travel and must continue filling my passport with stamps so as to get easier access for next year's Schengen?...Canadian?...Australian?...or US Visa?...

I got promo plane tickets for a very short stay in the Merlion City. Travelling alone was not that bad because arriving to a place where friends would be waiting in the airport, greeting you with the best smiles made the weekend break a one of a kind experience.

I was very grateful to my Internal Medicine resident batchmates who are now working in Singapore as Hospital Physicians. They gave an irreplaceable warm accommodation to a very thrifty traveler. It was a good timing since all of them were also on a day-off from hospital work and their first time to tour the whole city.

Despite the high standard of living, Singapore is a must go to again place. I was really amazed with the organization of things. No pollution...no traffic...no noise...access to everything is not a problem. And what was even attractive to it was the sale for most of the brands of clothes and tech stuff.
